Don't you hate how you can be totally in shape for say, a marathon, and then after taking just a few weeks off you lose all that endurance? It makes me crazy!
YES! Except in my case, I took more like 6 months off, but still. I cannot seem to motivate myself to get back on the treadmill. Outside is okay but I run out of daylight during the week.
I left early today and was still late to work!
